BOARD MEMBERS

 

Douglas James Riedinger: Founding Charter Member- Director. 

Doug has been in the trucking industry since the age of 12 working for his father James J Riedinger who owned Inland N.W. Film Service, in Seattle, WA.

Inland NW Film Service had 10 trucks and 20 trailers single and doubles supplying all of Eastern Washington, and parts of Puget Sound supporting state liquor stores, theater film and magazines.

Duties included working on the dock with Inlands drivers; washing truck and trailers; loading trailers and helping the mechanic in a 3 bay shop, along with other duties associated with the inner-workings of Inlands terminal.

Doug Is a Veteran of the Marine Corps, serving 1989 to 1994. Doug is a decorated combat veteran serving in the Gulf war.

EDUCATION

Doug Graduated Shoreline High 1982

Rogue Comm. Collage 2003-2005 studied: Economics, Business and Marketing.

Oregon State University 2005-2007 studied: Biology, Forestry and Sociology.

Member of Oregon State Sheriffs Association.

Certified Oregon State Search and Rescue.

Since 1996 Doug and His mom Marcella M Riedinger have owned and operated Inland logistics. Starting as an Owner/Operator and now managing all daily activities.

Doug has many contacts with the V.F.W., American Legion, and with State and Federal officials. Prior to Starting VOG, Doug helped his fellow Vets by coaching them on available V.A. programs which many Vets continue to not be aware of. 

   

Ann M. Wilmot: Founding Charter Member- Communications Director. 

Ann is a Customer Service Manager with more than 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and Key Account Management. She is currently the Contract Manager for an Aerospace manufacturer in Everett, WA managing a group of 5 program managers.

Ann’s daily responsibilities include; Managing procurement contracts for the two largest Aerospace manufacturers in the US and Europe; Marketing and Sales funnel management; Develop, implement, document, and maintain procedures and policies for functional area; Participate in the development of policies for the field sales and service team; Manage performance of team through coaching, developing motivational and training programs and performance reviews, and maintain department moral by ensuring positive, upbeat, friendly and fun work environment.

In addition to her main role, Ann is also current supporting her company’s internal community giving committee through activities and philanthropy. Ann is responsible for managing all activities associated with team member giving and volunteerism. She enjoys creating opportunities for her team members to become more involved in their communities. 

Ann has 8 years of managing philanthropic and non-profit endeavors. In her previous role at Physio Control, she was Community Council Chair. She led the board supporting Physio US and International Team Members and Communities through activities and philanthropy where they live, work and Play. Ann’s activities included support of Physio team members in causes they were passionate about and support Physio’s mission. Ann was responsible for managing all activities associated with Physio sponsored Team member giving, Physio Foundation and volunteerism. Finally Ann was responsible for reporting on these activities internally and externally to increase awareness of Physio’s commitment to its community.


Jason Eisenhauer: Founding Charter Member- Treasurer. 

Jason currently is a Quality Assurance Inspector Team Lead at the Boeing 777X Composite Wing Center in Everett, WA. 


He received his B.S. in Marine Biology from Western Washington University and has worked for the Port Townsend Marine Science Center (Educator), Washington State Fish & Wildlife (Scientific Technician) and US Department of Agriculture (Scientific Technician Team Lead). Other experience includes Logistics Coordinator and Operations/Warehouse Manager prior to Boeing. 


Jason brings a variety of business and relations knowledge to the VOG board along with the shared vision that our program can and will help our Veterans.
